The Central Government - specified the acts or omissions punishable under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (28 of 2005) MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th January, 2010 S.O. 76(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby specifies the acts or omissions punishable under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (28 of 2005) as notified offences for the purposes of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 .
