Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority [To be published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 57/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 7th July, 2010 . Ashada, 1932 Saka. S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs Amritsar to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva; (iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs or Joint Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Gambhir Fabrics, Hargobind Nagar, Near Hanuman Temple, Ludhiana and others, vide F.No. 856(9)LDH/2009/Pt.II/270-280 dated the 6th February, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
