Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority [To be published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 63/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 7th July, 2010 . Ashada, 1932 Saka. S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the officers specified in column (3) of the Table below in respect of the Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt.
