Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority [To be published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 64/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 7th July, 2010 . Ashada, 1932 Saka. S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on;- (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Customs House, Mumbai (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to Sh. Sunil Gupta, C-7, Preet Vihar, New Delhi others issued vide F.No. DRI/MZU/E/2/2009 dated 28.4.2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
