Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Hebbal Industrial Area, District Mysore in the State of Karnataka - S.O.2927(E) - Special Economic Zone

INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th December, 2010 S.O. 2927(E).-Whereas, M Infosys Technologies Limited, a private organization in the State of Karnataka, had proposed wider Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 o12005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to setup a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Hebbal Industrial Area, District Mysore in the State of Karnataka; And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006, had notified an area of2S.45 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 671(E) dated 26th April, 2007; And whereas, M/s.
