Delegation of powers power to declare places to be warehousing stations S.O. 648 (E).-- in exercise of the powers delegated to the undersigned vide Notification No. 33/94-Customs (N.T.) dated the 1st July, 1994 by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi under clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962, I, the undersigned, hereby declare Thiruvirunthanpuilli-2 Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in the State of Tamil Nadu to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the limited purpose of setting up 100% Export Oriented Unit.
