NOTIFICATION NO. SO 433(E), DATED 14-6-1999, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Section 4A(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 - Notified public financial institution S.O. 433(E), In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby specifies the following institution to be a public financial institution and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) Number S.O. 1329, dated 8th May, 1978, namely : In the said notification, after entry 37, the following entry shall be added, namely : "38. Export-Import Bank of India".
