Amendments in column 4 of Schedule to CLB (Fees on Applications and Petitions) Rules, 1991 - GSR 219(E) - Companies Law

Notification No. GSR 219(E), dated 2-3-2000, Issued by the Department of Company Affairs Subject:- Amendments in column 4 of Schedule to CLB (Fees on Applications and Petitions) Rules, 1991 G.S.R. 219(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 642 read with sub-section (2) of section 637A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Company Law Board (Fees on Applications and Petitions) Rules, 1991, namely : 1. (1) These rules may be called the Company Law Board (Fees on Applications and Petitions) Amendment Rules, 2000. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st April, 2000. 2. In the Company Law Board (Fees on Applications and Petitions) Rules, 1991, in the Schedule, in column 4, (i) against serial number 1, for the figures 500 , the figures 1,000 shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 5, for the figures 50 , the figures 100 shall be substituted; (iii) against serial number 7, for the figures 500 , the figures 1,000 shall be substituted; (iv) against serial number 8, for the figures 500 , the figures 1,000 shall be substituted; (v) against serial number 14, for the figures 50 , the figures 200 shall be substituted; (vi) against serial number 15, for the figures 50 , the figures 100 shall be substituted; (vii) against serial number 16, for the figures 50 , the figures 500 shall be substituted; (viii) against serial number 17, for the figures 200 , the figures 500 shall be substituted; (ix) against serial number 21, for the figures 50 , the figures 500 shall be substituted; (x) against serial number 22, for the figures 500 , the figures 2,500 shall be substituted; (xi) against serial number 22A, for the figures 500 , the figures 2,500 shall be substituted; (xii) against serial number 23, for the figures 500 , the figures 2,500 shall be substituted; (xiii) against serial number 24, for the figures 50 , the figures 500 shall be substituted; (xiv) against serial number 25, for the figures 50 , the figures 500 shall be substituted; (xv) against serial number 26, for the figures 50 , the figures 500 shall be substituted; (xvi) against serial number 27, for the figures 500 , the figures 5,000 shall be substituted; (xvii) against serial number 28, for the figures 500 , the figures 2,500 shall be substituted; (xviii) against serial number 29, for the figures 500 , the figures 2,500 shall be substituted; (xix) against serial number 30, for the figures 500 , the figures 2,500 shall be substituted; (xx) against serial number 31, for the figures 50 , the figures 500 shall be substituted;
