NOTIFICATION NO. SO 691(E), DATED 24-7-2000, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Transfer not to be registered except on production of instrument of transfer - Prescribed authorities for stamping or endorsing transfer deed S.O. 691(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 5A of the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms, 1956, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, No. SO 279(E), dated the 10th April, 1992. 2. In the said notification, for serial number 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely : 1 2 3 27. Deputy Commissioner of Income-tax, Circle II(1) Indore . 3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
