TO PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II, SECTION 3 -SUB - SECTION (i) MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st September, 2001 Subject:- Amendments in Schedule XV to the Companies Act, 1956 G.S.R. 686(E) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 641 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) read with clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 108B of that Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule XV to the said Act, namely :- In Schedule XV, the serial numbers 3,4,5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
