Amendments in regulation 4 of Chapter II of Company Law Board Regulations, 1991 - GSR 619(E), - Companies Law

Notification No. GSR 619(E), dated 5-9-2002, Issued by Company Law Board Subject:- Amendments in regulation 4 of Chapter II of Company Law Board Regulations, 1991 GSR 619(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (4B) and (6) of section 10E of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Company Law Board hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, namely : 1. (1) These regulations may be called as the Company Law Board (Amendment) Regulations, 2002. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, in Chapter II General (a) in regulation 4(1) for the words not less than two Members including the Chairman or Vice-Chairman the words one or more members shall be substituted; (b) in regulation 4(1A) for the words not less than two Members the words one or more members shall be substituted; (c) in regulation 4(3) for the words not less than two Members the words one or more members shall be substituted.
