[PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRA ORDINARY, PART II SECTION 3, SUB SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th September, 2002 subject:- Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 1280(E), dated 28-12-2001 S.O. 1047(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) S.O. 1280(E) dated the 28th December, 2001 namely : In the said Notification, for Serial Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: 1. Secretary, Department of Company Affairs Chairman 2. Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Department of Company Affairs Member 3. Executive Director, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Member 4. Executive Director, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Mumbai Member 5. Vice-Chairman, Company Law Board Member 13.
