Amend the Project Imports Regulations, 1986 TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i), DATED THE 1ST MARCH, 2007 10 PHALGUNA, 1928 (SAKA) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) New Delhi, the 1st March, 2007 10 phalguna, 1928 (Saka) Notification No. 30/2007-CUSTOMS G.S.R. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Project Imports Regulations, 1986, namely :- 1. (i) These regulations may be called the Project Imports (Amendment) Regulations, 2007. (ii) They shall come into force on the 1st day of March, 2007. 2. In the Project Imports Regulations, 1986, in the Table, after Sr. No. 3D and the entries relating thereto, the following Sr. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- S.No. Name of the plant or project Sponsoring Authority 3E.
