(E) :In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development Regulations) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. In ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items(1997-2002, incorporating amendments made upto 31 st August 1998) at Schedule 2 table B , the entry against ITC code no. 0703 shall be amended as under: 0703 Onions Canalized Export of Banglore rose onions through M/s Karnataka State Agricultural Produce Processing and Export Corporation Ltd (KAPPEC Ltd) for 5000(five thousands only) MTs per month for two months (upto 7 th September 1999) . 3.
