Amendment ITC (HS) Classifications of export of Niger Seeds. To be published in the Gazette of India Extra-ordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE Notification No.20(RE-99)/1997-2002 New Delhi , Dated 9thJuly, 1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy,1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule 2 Table B of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002": "The entry against Code No.1207, relating to export of Niger Seeds shall be amended to read as under: Code No. ITEM POLICY NATURE OF RESTRICTION 1207 Niger Seeds Canalised Exports through TRIFED in accordance with the directions issued by DGFT from time to time This issues in Public Interest.
