Policy for import of Muriate of Potash TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II SECTION 3, SUB SECTION (ii) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE NOTIFICATION NO. 12 (RE-2002)/2002-2007 NEW DELHI , the 13 th August, 2002 S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraphs 2.1 and 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 2002-2007 and as amended from time to time:- 2. Under the heading "Fertilisers " in Table B of Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 2002-2007 , the following new entry may be created after Item Code No. 3103 : Code Item Description Policy Nature of Restriction 3104 Muriate of Potash (MOP) Restricted Export permitted under licence. 2.
