Income-tax authorities specified for LTU NOTIFICATION NO 47/2008, Dated: March 27, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 118 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes, hereby directs that the Income-tax authorities specified in Column (3) of the Schedule below shall be subordinate to the Income-tax authority specified in Column (2) of the said Schedule.
