Jurisdiction of Income-tax authorities (Large Taxpayer Unit) NOTIFICATION NO 64/2008 Dated : May 26, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 118 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes, hereby directs that the Income-tax authorities specified in column (3) of the Schedule below shall be subordinate to the income-tax authority specified in column (2) of the said Schedule.
