Shri P. P. Jadeja is Senior Citizen and experienced senior official who have opted for voluntary retirement from Customs & Central Excise Department in year 2002 and presently providing services as consultants and Practitioners on Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax and DGFT matters to corporate clients and individuals. We also take up and defend cases of adjudication and appeals up to CESTAT/ High Court level. We also take up and defend cases before the Settlement Commission and Revisionary Authorities at Mumbai /Delhi. Has reach experience of law and procedures and appearance before various adjudicating authorities, Appellate authorities upto CESTAT.
