Query on Excise Return Filling, Central Excise

Dear Sir

I have produced 100 items having same chapter id which is cleared in local market and export. Now my question is how to show the quantity in our excise return.

Example :-

Product	Op Balance	Qty Manufactured	Qty Cleared	Closing Bal
A(8705 40 00)	100	100	100(Home Clearance)	0
A(8705 40 00)	0	0	80(Export)	20

Kindly let me know whether we can show in return as mentioned above. If this is not the right way then guide the correct way of doing in return.

Sir,

In the first row closing balance should be 100 In the second roe 'opening balance' should be 100. Otherwise your method of showing the details in excise return is correct.
