professional tax annual registration for directors, VAT + CST

Dear Sir,

Professional tax annual registration for directors where we have paid from one of the group companies. Is it requires to make from each company where name of the director in two companies same.

Ex : X is a director in A and B companies but annual registration is paid from A Company . Is it necessary to pay from B Company also.

Provide us authority or notification or circular in Telagana State (Professional Tax Rules and Act)
