Dear Sir, We had raised some supplementary invoices (for excise duty and Vat for price increased) in June 2014 but that invoices are missing somewhere. we don't have taken the receiving from the customer also and accordingly we have not received the payment . how do we correct the things so that there will be no loss of excise duty and Vat amounts. Sir, send your office copy...if original and duplicate has been lost.
Dear Sir, Thanks a lot for your reply. one more to clarify that as the time limit has been changed to one year w.e.f 1st March, 2015, hope there will be no problems to take the cenvat credit within one year from the date of invoices. in our case it is now 9 months. kindly advice. regards, bcb
