Jurisdiction, Goods and Services Tax - GST

HI,

A taxpayer has been assigned STATE jurisdiction as per Division of Tax Payers, Order. However, GSTN has tagged him to CENTRE Jurisdiction due to which refund claims have been held up. How to get this resolved?

It is a system error. Lodge complaint with Grievance Redressal Cell. This cell is functioning 24 hrs. Your problem will be solved with in a day. Just insert, "Grievance Redressal Cell-GST" on google. Site will open and after lodging complaint you will get Ticket No.(Complaint No.) for keeping track of the complaint.
