What is the meaning of  G.S.R 213(E) in the below paragraph

(i) notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 15/2012-Service Tax, dated the 17^th  March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i),vide number G.S.R 213(E), dated the  17^th  March, 2012.
