..... e damage was quite extensive. Under the normal rules followed by the department even without the accident damage the car would have got depreciation of 46% for four years of use abroad. In other words, the lower authorities have given only 3% extra depreciation for the damages. In our view, it is quite inadequate. We find that 60% depreciation claimed by the appellant is reasonable and we allow it .....
