Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) amended Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. Listed entities may publish window advertisements in newspapers referring to a QR code and website link for accessing financial results, subject to prior approval from debenture trustee for outstanding non-convertible securities and offer document disclosure for new issuances.
