The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Calcutta allowed the stay application of the appellant Shri Amit Kumar Saha and remanded the matter to the Commissioner of Customs due to violation of natural justice principles in the order-in-original dated 31-7-1998. The appellant is directed to cooperate with the adjudicating authority for further proceedings.
