Grant of certificate of registration. 9 . (1) The Board, on being satisfied that the applicant is eligible, shall grant a certificate of registration in Form B of the First Schedule and send an intimation to that effect to the applicant. (2) The certificate of registration granted under sub-regulation (1) shall be valid unless it is suspended or cancelled by the Board. (3) The grant of a certificate of registration shall be subject to the payment of the registration fees as specified under Part A of Second Schedule in the manner as specified in Part B thereof.
