Refusal to the release of five consignments - consignments allegedly constituted firearms - HELD THAT - In the opinion of the Court, the Petitioner is entitled to relief sought in the present writ petition. The relief sought in prayer, regarding the release of consignments stands granted through order dated 30th September, 2024, with certain conditions. However, since the Petitioner is entitled to succeed, the superdarinama is cancelled and the conditions imposed by the Court stand revoked.
