Advisory No. 26/2024 dated 08. 11.2024, issued by Director General of Systems, New Delhi and Public Notice No. 25/2024-25 dated 08.11.2024, issued by Commissionerate of Customs, Import II], NCH, Mumbai may please be referred regarding filing of Bill of Entry for S-Ship Stores, V-Vessel and A Aircraft. 2. While filing Bill of Entry for S type, it should be noted that the system does not process generic IEC. The Shipping Agent/Charterer of the vessel is required to mention their own IEC, It should also be ensured that all the items in the description column Should be declared as no foreign exchange involved (NFEI) and no forex is to be realized. 3. The E-Sanchit requires uploading of IGM /Bill of Lading. However, uploading such document was exempted vide para 3 of the said Advisory. Further, the declaration of the importer in this respect is required to be uploaded in the E-sanchit. 4. All the stakeholders are required to note and ensure that duty on ship s store/consumables shall be paid only after filing Type S Bill of Entry and assessment thereon. 5. This Public Notice may be treated as a Standing Order for the Officers concerned posted in the Commissionerate. 6. This issues with the approval of the Pr.
