Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 1161(E) dated 15.03.2022 - S.O. 4014(E) - Special Economic Zone

The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1161(E) dated 15.03.2022 , for inclusion of new members in NSEZ Authority, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 6 which reads as under: 6. Sh. Alok Mukherjee, Director, M/s Indemia Syscom India Pvt. Limited shall be substituted as under: 6. Sh.
