Setup a sector specific Special Economic Zone for engineering sector at Village Rajoda, Taluka Bawla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat by /s. N.G. Realty Private Limited MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 3rd March, 2008 S.O. 420(E). - M/s. N.G. Realty Private Limited, a private organization in the State of Gujarat, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to setup a sector specific Special Economic Zone for engineering sector at Village Rajoda, Taluka Bawla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the Special Economic Zones for engineering sector are Rajoda Village area on 23rd May, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Village Rajoda, Taluka Bawla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat, comprising of the survey numbers and the area given below, as a Special Economic Zones, namely : ___ TABLE S.
