Oppression and mismanagement - Determination of minimum shareholding for filing complain / petition against the company - The ‘onus’, to establish ‘Membership’ is on the Petitioner, and it is up to him to prove, that he is a Member, of a Company, ‘on the day’ of filing of petition.
