Seeking release of goods - redemption fine and penalty provided in the adjudication order has been paid by the petitioner which was the condition for the release of the subject goods - HELD THAT - There are no reason for not releasing the goods - However since an appeal has been lodged the respondents are given two weeks commencing from the receipt of a copy of this order to have the appeal listed and to seek appropriate orders failing which the goods will be released to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of.
