1 [Disclosures in offer document and other disclosures: 49AD. (1) The offer documents of the Specialized Investment Fund shall contain disclosures which are adequate for investors to make informed investment decisions, highlighting the high-risk nature of the product, in the manner as may be specified by the Board. (2) The portfolio disclosures in respect of a Specialized Investment Fund shall be made in the manner as may be specified by the Board. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
