(1) No mutual fund lite scheme shall be launched by the mutual fund lite asset management company unless such mutual fund lite scheme is approved by the board of directors of the mutual fund lite asset management company and a copy of the offer document has been filed with the Board. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
