CHAPTER V MISCELLANEOUS 54. Amendment of Act 52 of 1963 In the Unit Trust of India Act, 1963, in sub-section (1) of section 32, with effect from the 1st day of April, 1985, - (a) clause (b) and clause (ba) shall be omitted; (b) in Explanation 1, - (i) in clause (a), for the words, brackets and letters clauses (aa) and (b) , the word, brackets and letters clause (aa) shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (b), for the words, brackets and letters clauses (ba) and (bb) , the word, brackets and letters clause (bb) shall be substituted.
