Circular No. 746, dated 26th july 1996 makes the following correction in its Circular No. 706, dated 26th June, 1995 Circular No. 746 Dated 26/6/1996 The Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following correction in its Circular No. 706, dated 26th June, 1995 (see [1995] 214 ITR (St.) 2), issued from the file of even number :-- "In para 3 of the said Circular for the figures `38.1', the figures `38.2' shall be substituted."
