Specified articles falling under Chapters 84 or 85 Notification No. 395/86-Cus. Dated 29-7-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 155/86-Customs dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, after condition No. (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- "Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply in respect of CNC systems and components of such systems."
