F. 3(23)/FIN.(T&E)/2009-10/Jsfin/286.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 01 of 2010) read with proviso to sub-section (3) of section 1 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), Lieutenant Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, appoints the 1st day of April 2010, as the date on which sections 3 & 4 of the said Act shall come into force.
