Appoints Commissioner of Customs (Ports), Kolkata [To be published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 71/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi ,dated the 12th August,2010 . S.O.(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Ports), Customs House, Kolkata to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- ( i) the Commissioner of Customs,(Imports), NCH,Mumbai and (ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), JNCH, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Fine Enterprises,886/2, East Park Road, Karol Bagh,NewDelhi and others, issued vide,F.No DRI/AZU/INV-05/2008 dated the 9th April, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
