Amendment in the name of the enterprise M/s Spice Cell Ltd to "M/s Bharti Mobitel Ltd in notification No.98/2001 dated 29th April, 2001 Notification No : 347 Date of Issue : 16/12/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (23G) of Section 10 of the Income tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the name of the enterprise/industrial undertaking approved in para 3(ii) of the notification No.98/2001 dated 29th April, 2001 to read as:- "M/s Bharti Mobitel Ltd, H-5/12, Qutab Ambience, Mehrauli Road, New Delhi-110030 in place of M/s Spice Cell Ltd, White House, 3rd Floor, 119, Park Street, Calcutta-700016 w.e.f. 03.08.2001" (F.N0.205/76/2000/ITA.II) F.N0.205/76/2000/ITA.II
