Notifies Malankara Marthoma Syrian Church u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1272 DATED 29-1-1980 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Malankara Marthoma Syrian Church and the parishes and institutions under it for the purpose of the said section for the assessment year( s ) 1978-79, 1980-80 and 1980-81.
