Vat Related Quary, VAT + CST

My company is a logistic company . it has its own trucks and some times it sold old trucks after use it for some period.

my Que is wheather sale of old truck is liable to Vat if yes , Then in what states it is liable to vat & at what rate .Because its operations are spread allover india.

Sale of old trucks is vatable as per schedule entry of respective states. rate of tax vary from state to state.

There is no clarifications on sale/purchase of old truck under HVAT except clarification on sale/purchase of old card under HVAT. Therefore, please get the clarification from your counsel and from Department itself.
