21. Amendment of section 99 In section 99 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1),- (i) in clause (i), for the words super-tax has already been paid by the firm , the words super-tax is payable by the firm shall be substituted; (ii) for clause (iv), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- (iv) if the assessee is a company, any dividend received by it from an Indian company or a company which has made the prescribed arrangements for the declaration and payment of dividends (including dividends on preference shares) within India; .
